These bronzes are cast in a variety of shapes and forms, often animal forms, weapons and vessels, some of which bear ancient inscriptions. They were often buried in
elaborate funerals. The rich blue green patina of the items is a result of the natural oxidation of the bronze that occurred with the centuries of burial.

It is an incredible experience to actually hold in your hands an object made thousands of years ago and realize that this was a part of life in the ancient time and was held by a person like you in another time and space.
